I have decided to take a leap of faith and start a new career and become a certified Postpartum Doula and Breastfeeding Educator. I am very excited and so motivated with this new chapter in life and I would love for you to follow along in my journey.

My passion and interest in doula and breastfeeding services began back in 2016 when I was pregnant for the first time with daughter Freyja. My pregnancy with her was very normal and easy going but completely the opposite with my second daughter Lilja. I had two very different pregnancies and deliveries with both girls and it really opened up my eyes about a lot of things.

As a new mother and adjusting to life with a new baby; it was difficult, but adding in the fact that I wanted to breastfeed with the both of them made things eve more difficult. With both of my girls I did not and still do not have an easy breastfeeding journey. I never want another new mom to go through what I went and am currently through with their new bundle of joy and breastfeeding.

Over the next few weeks as I travel on this new journey in life I invite you to follow me. I want to share with you all my birth and breastfeeding stories with both of my girls and my newest endeavor of becoming a certified Postpartum Doula and Breastfeeding Educator.
