The female body is incredible…we have the capability to grow a human life! 🤰
Our bodies go through many changes throughout pregnancy and post pregnancy.
For me weight gain in both of my pregnancies was major!
In both of my pregnancies I weighed over 200 pounds, but it never really bothered me bc I knew what my body was capable of.
Well here I am 10 months post baby and not only did I get back to my pre pregnancy weight…I weigh even less than I did before pregnancy and am in the best shape I have been in a long long long time
The top left pic is 2 days post baby, the bottom left pic is about 3 months post baby, and the two right pics are today!
