Virtual Birth Services

$100 for a 2-3 hour Zoom call to discuss your questions and concerns pertaining to your upcoming birth. We will develop a birth plan, discuss in depth the different stages of labor, various birthing positions and techniques to help minimize labor pains, pain management options, and when to head to the birth center or hospital. I will be available to you via email to answer any questions.

Virtual Postpartum Services

$100 for a 2-3 hour Zoom call to address any concerns you may have. We will also discuss other topics such as learning the signs of postpartum depression, perineal healing/pain relief, bonding with the baby, baby wearing, self care, making time for your partner/older kids, basic newborn care, common newborn skin issues, and much more! I will also be available to you via email as well.

Virtual Breastfeeding Services

$100 for a 2-3 hour Zoom call to discuss your concerns with breastfeeding an address any issues you may be having. You will also have the ability to communicate with me via e-mail as well.
